The Feminine Glow Method is a carefully curated pathway that combines the therapeutic power of Feminine Embodiment Coaching, Reproductive Reflexology, and Reiki to bring you into deeper alignment with your body, your emotions, and your desire to conceive or heal.

Whether you are preparing to conceive, navigating fertility challenges, healing from hormonal imbalance, or seeking reconnection after loss or disconnection from your body, this method is designed to gently support you at every level — physical, emotional, mental, and energetic.

What’s Included​​

Over 12 weeks, you will receive weekly 1:1 sessions, alternating between:

🌸 Feminine Embodiment Coaching (Approx. 50 minutes)
Explore the inner landscape of your body and emotions through trauma-informed somatic practices. Learn to gently unwind stored stress, cultivate body awareness, and restore your connection to inner safety, worth, and vitality.

🌸 Reproductive Reflexology and/or Reiki (60 minutes)
Tailored hands-on therapy designed to support fertility and reproductive health, ease hormonal imbalances, regulate the menstrual cycle, and soothe the nervous system. Each session is adapted to your cycle, treatment plan, and unique needs — whether you are conceiving naturally or alongside IVF/IUI.

Reiki is integrated when needed to support emotional healing, trauma release, energy realignment, and deep nervous system rest.
​
This rhythmic alternation between somatic coaching and body-based therapy creates powerful shifts in how you relate to your body, your health, and your fertility — with space for integration, rest, and transformation.
