A Little About Me
Hello, I'm Bethan.
I support women through fertility journeys, reproductive health challenges, illness, emotional overwhelm, and life's many transitions by helping them reconnect with themselves and their bodies through greater softness, safety, and compassion.
My work gently weaves together therapeutic support, body awareness, and nervous system-informed approaches to help women feel more connected, supported, and at home within themselves.
