A Reflection from My Healing Space…
Embrace Your Fertility Journey with Healing and Support
When women come to me seeking support for fertility, they often arrive carrying more than just questions about how to get pregnant—they bring silent grief, emotional exhaustion, and a deep disconnection from their bodies. Jane was one of those women.
Our time together became a gentle unfolding—a return to her inner knowing, her body’s wisdom, and the truth that she was never broken.
This is her story, shared with her permission and deep reverence for every woman walking a similar path.
Jane’s Journey
When Jane first arrived, her voice trembled with a simple, powerful hope: “Can you help me get pregnant?”
But beneath that question, I felt something much deeper—a woman carrying the weight of responsibility for a dream that wasn’t hers alone. Each time I gently reminded her that she was not broken, that her body still held deep wisdom, I could see how hard it was for her to believe me. She wanted to trust, but she’d grown so distant from herself.
Her mind had taken control—driving every decision with stress, fear, and urgency. Her body, meanwhile, was quietly trying to speak… shining a soft light on what it still knew was possible.
Jane was stuck in a grief cycle. Every month, her period felt like failure. She blamed herself, withdrew from connection, and scoured the internet in search of answers. But what she truly needed wasn’t more information—it was reconnection.
Together, we began to gently peel back the layers.
We explored her beliefs, softened the pressure, honoured her grief. I held a space where she could ground into the present moment, feel safe enough to surrender, and begin listening again—to her body, her heart, her truth.
It wasn’t always peaceful. Some sessions felt turbulent. But she was never alone. There was always a quiet strength present, whispering:
“It is safe to trust your body.”
“You are not broken.”
“You are not alone.”
Just four sessions in, Jane messaged me with tearful joy: she was pregnant.
Our work didn’t stop there. We continued to meet through the transition—supporting her to feel safe in the joy, to release fear, and to embody her new role as a mother.
Being part of Jane’s journey was a privilege I will never forget. She now carries within her not only the love for her baby but the deep knowing that her body was never the problem—only waiting for her to return home to herself. I love that I can witness the transformations that women go through.
Would you like to explore this kind of support?
If this story speaks to something in your heart, I want you to know: you’re not alone either. There’s space for you here—space to feel, to be held, and to reconnect with your own body’s wisdom.
